RICH
JustBEE has developed a method to pause fermentation and conserve the taste of unmatured, fresh honey while maintaining its medicinal properties.
By dehydrating the honey to 18% water content, the honey becomes concentrated and highly viscous – a very RICH experience.
TASTING NOTES
Liquor of mineral with clam shell, saffron, caramel and toasted staves.
Thick viscosity with an explosion of candied citrus: lemon ring, clementine, yellow mandarin and orange blossom.
Full body with additional elements of pears and baked apples. Linger with acacia honey, a touch of fresh oak woodyfinish and an elegant vanilla note.

VANILLA
On the slopes of Mt. Meru the renowned Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla is grown on rich volcanic soils. Our vanilla beans are homegrown and have been carefully cured before adding them to JustBEE stingless bee honey.
During the fermentation of the honey, vanilla flavours fuse into the honey. Little vanilla bean seeds in the honey are a testament to the aromas over months of maturation.
